This is a course featuring Kawakyu's specialty, the most popular conger eel hotpot in summer.You can enjoy live conger eel from Tokushima in a special soup made with the first stock of bonito flakes from Makurazaki.It also goes great with onions from Awaji Island.To finish, add some somen noodles to the remaining soup for a refreshing finish.Please relish.
